About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver scalable, cloud‑native solutions on AWS, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of developers, QA, and DevOps, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure as code to accelerate release cycles.
- Mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in software design and security.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong background in Java and Python.
- Proven leadership in managing technical teams and delivering complex products in a fast‑paced environment.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda) and IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Deep knowledge of CI/CD, automated testing, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of driving cross‑functional collaboration.
