Software Engineer

About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high‑availability backend services using Java and Python, ensuring performance and reliability at scale.
- Architect and operate Kubernetes clusters, implementing best practices for deployment, scaling, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate cloud services (AWS, GCP) and streamline CI/CD pipelines.
- Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior engineers on platform best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including automation, observability, and security hardening.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong focus on backend development.
- Proficiency in Java and Python, plus experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Hands‑on experience building CI/CD pipelines and implementing automated testing frameworks.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing.
