Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute resource planning for multiple software projects, ensuring optimal staffing and skill alignment.
- Lead, mentor, and grow engineering teams, fostering a collaborative, high‑performance culture.
- Drive Agile processes, sprint planning, and delivery metrics to meet product milestones.
- Coordinate with product, hardware, and operations stakeholders to align technical roadmaps.
- Implement DevOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS) to improve release velocity.
- Monitor budget, performance, and risk, providing regular status reports to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Python and C++.
- Proven track record managing engineering teams and resources in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, sprint execution, and project tracking tools.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and DevOps tooling (CI/CD, containerization).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
