About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross‑functional web engineering team, setting technical direction and ensuring delivery of high‑quality, scalable web applications.
- Architect and evolve the web platform using JavaScript, React, Node.js and AWS services, focusing on performance, security and maintainability.
- Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize team productivity and product quality.
- Collaborate with product, design and operations to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring to support rapid, reliable releases.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on web technologies (JavaScript, React, Node.js).
- 3+ years of engineering management or senior technical leadership experience.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS cloud services and modern DevOps practices.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high‑traffic web applications at scale.
- Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
