Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a cross‑functional engineering team focused on delivering robust, scalable software solutions.
- Champion Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with product, architecture, and other SEMs to align technical direction with business priorities.
- Oversee end‑to‑end delivery, from design through deployment, ensuring high code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Drive adoption of CI/CD pipelines, microservices architecture, and cloud (AWS) infrastructure to accelerate release cycles.
- Foster a culture of innovation, knowledge sharing, and professional growth within the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Python and Node.js.
- Proven track record managing and scaling engineering teams in an Agile environment.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services, CI/CD tooling, and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for emerging technologies and continuous improvement.
