Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross‑functional engineering team focused on designing and delivering distributed storage systems for AI workloads.
- Architect scalable, high‑throughput storage solutions that meet stringent performance and reliability requirements on Google Cloud Platform.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and infrastructure teams to define feature roadmaps and technical specifications.
- Drive continuous improvement of development processes, code quality, and deployment pipelines.
- Own the end‑to‑end delivery of storage services, from concept through production and post‑launch support.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading software engineering teams in a cloud‑native environment.
- Deep expertise in distributed storage architectures, performance tuning, and fault tolerance.
- Hands‑on experience with Google Cloud Platform services (e.g., GKE, Cloud Storage, BigQuery).
- Strong background in AI/ML infrastructure and large‑scale data processing.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
