About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and strategic direction for the design and implementation of Service Cloud features supporting Guest Services and After‑Sales operations.
- Lead a cross‑functional team of developers, ensuring high‑quality code through code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Balance programmatic development (Apex, LWC) with declarative configuration (Flows, Process Builder) to meet performance and maintainability goals.
- Drive Agile practices, sprint planning, and continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience developing on the Salesforce platform, including Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- Proven leadership experience managing software engineering teams in an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Service Cloud architecture, data modeling, and integration patterns (REST, SOAP, MuleSoft).
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar) and automated testing frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.
