Engineering Manager
Lead a team of SDET engineers to design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines, driving quality and speed for BPM technology solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high‑performing SDET team, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Architect, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Java and Selenium for BPM platforms.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) to integrate automated tests into the release process.
- Collaborate with product, development, and operations teams to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and performance benchmarks.
- Drive adoption of best practices in test automation, code quality, and DevOps, including cloud services such as AWS.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in test automation with Java and Selenium.
- Proven leadership experience managing SDET or QA engineering teams in an Agile environment.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into testable solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
