Lead a high‑performing engineering team to design, build, and scale modern web applications using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript, while driving best practices, performance optimization, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of front‑end engineers delivering scalable, high‑performance web applications.
- Architect and implement features using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript, leveraging server‑side rendering, static generation, and API routes.
- Define and enforce coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and release plans.
- Monitor application performance, conduct root‑cause analysis, and drive continuous optimization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience building complex web applications with React.js and Next.js.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Proven experience leading engineering teams in an Agile environment.
- Hands‑on knowledge of Node.js, REST/GraphQL APIs, and cloud deployment (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of delivering high‑impact projects on schedule.
