Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple cross‑functional software engineering teams, providing technical direction, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Define and enforce engineering best practices, including Agile processes, code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, secure retail banking applications.
- Drive adoption of cloud platforms and modern technologies to improve system reliability and time‑to‑market.
- Manage resource planning, hiring, and career development to build high‑performing, diverse teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience with Java, C#/.NET, and related frameworks.
- Proven track record managing engineering teams in an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and modern DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
