About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high quality code.
- Own the technical roadmap for digital store support, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery of features.
- Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives, optimizing team velocity and removing blockers.
- Architect and maintain scalable, cloud‑native services on AWS, implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and operations to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years in a managerial or lead role.
- Strong proficiency in Java and Python, with hands‑on experience building cloud‑based applications.
- Deep understanding of AWS services, CI/CD tooling, and DevOps principles.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
