Lead a high‑performing backend team building scalable fleet management services for autonomous robotaxis, driving dispatch, routing, and telemetry systems using Python, Go, and cloud-native AWS technologies.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of backend engineers focused on fleet management services.
- Architect and deliver scalable, high‑availability microservices in Python and Go on AWS.
- Collaborate with cross‑disciplinary teams to define requirements for dispatch, routing, and telemetry.
- Drive continuous integration, deployment, and observability practices using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure performance, reliability, and security of mission‑critical services.
Requirements
- 5+ years of backend engineering experience with Python or Go.
- Strong background in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud architecture (AWS).
- Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD tooling.
- Proven leadership in building and scaling engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
