About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Guide and mentor software, quality, and reliability engineering teams to achieve project goals and maintain high standards of code quality.
- Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into actionable engineering plans.
- Drive continuous improvement of development processes, implementing Agile practices, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps principles.
- Ensure operational excellence by monitoring system reliability, performance, and scalability, and by proactively addressing technical debt.
- Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to align technical solutions with business strategy.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing engineering teams in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
