Engineering Manager
Lead and mentor a DevOps engineering team, driving modern CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and automation while ensuring compliance with banking architecture and non‑functional requirements.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of engineers and junior managers delivering high‑quality DevOps solutions.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure‑as‑code, and automated release processes.
- Ensure all releases meet banking platform architecture standards and non‑functional requirements such as security, reliability, and performance.
- Collaborate with architects and senior engineers to align technical strategies with next‑generation domain architecture and migration paths.
- Drive adoption of cloud services (AWS), container orchestration (Kubernetes), and configuration management tools (Terraform) across projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on DevOps experience with CI/CD, cloud platforms, and infrastructure‑as‑code.
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Strong understanding of banking or regulated industry non‑functional requirements (security, compliance, availability).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts to stakeholders and senior leadership.
