Lead a cross‑functional software engineering team, driving design, development, and delivery of cloud‑native solutions using Java, Python and AWS while fostering Agile practices and continuous improvement.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers delivering high‑quality, scalable applications.
- Define architecture and technical direction for cloud‑native services on AWS.
- Drive Agile processes, sprint planning, and delivery cadence to meet product goals.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid, reliable releases.
- Collaborate with product, QA, and operations to align engineering output with business objectives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience, with strong proficiency in Java and Python.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams in a fast‑paced, Agile environment.
- Hands‑on expertise with AWS services (e.g., EC2, Lambda, S3) and infrastructure‑as‑code tools.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD practices and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving skills, and a track record of delivering complex projects on time.
