Lead a high‑performing AI engineering team to design, build, and operate Azure‑based OpenAI access‑management agents, driving scalable cloud solutions and advanced machine‑learning capabilities.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a cross‑functional AI engineering team delivering Azure OpenAI access‑management agents.
- Architect, develop, and maintain cloud‑native microservices that securely expose AI models to internal and external consumers.
- Define and enforce best practices for CI/CD, monitoring, and incident response in a multi‑tenant environment.
- Collaborate with product, security, and data science stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement through performance tuning, cost optimization, and adoption of emerging AI technologies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years in a people‑management role.
- Strong expertise in Azure services (AKS, Functions, Key Vault, etc.) and OpenAI model integration.
- Proficiency in Python and building RESTful/microservice architectures.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud‑native CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and observability tools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, prioritize work, and deliver high‑quality AI solutions on schedule.
