Lead the design and delivery of production‑grade AI solutions focused on NLP and Generative AI, using Python and modern LLM frameworks while collaborating across cross‑functional teams in an agile environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and scale AI‑driven applications with a primary focus on Natural Language Processing and Generative AI.
- Build production‑grade, secure, and high‑performance solutions using Python and contemporary Large Language Model (LLM) frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust AI services.
- Drive agile development practices, including sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Mentor junior engineers, enforce coding standards, and champion best practices for AI model deployment and monitoring.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong expertise in Python.
- Hands‑on experience building NLP or Generative AI solutions and deploying LLMs in production.
- Proven track record of delivering scalable, secure AI applications in an agile environment.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, model serving, and performance optimization.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and cross‑team collaboration skills.
