About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Pega PRPC applications that drive business process automation.
- Architect and maintain case management, decisioning, and data page solutions to support complex workflows.
- Integrate Pega with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs, ensuring data consistency and performance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver high‑quality solutions.
- Perform system debugging, performance tuning, and continuous improvement of existing Pega applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of hands‑on Pega PRPC development experience.
- Deep knowledge of Pega rules, case management, decisioning, data pages, and UI frameworks.
- Proficiency in REST/SOAP API integration, SQL, and debugging tools.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to thrive in a global, fast‑paced environment.
