Lead a cross‑functional team as a Software Engineering Lead Analyst, designing and building scalable, secure full‑stack applications with React, React Native, Node.js, and TypeORM, while leveraging AWS and DevOps practices to deliver enterprise‑grade solutions in an agile environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop responsive front‑end applications using React.js and React Native, ensuring optimal performance and accessibility.
- Design and implement robust data access layers with TypeORM, integrating seamlessly with backend services.
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and QA to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers to maintain high code quality.
- Drive continuous integration and deployment pipelines on AWS, applying DevOps best practices for reliability and scalability.
- Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and agile ceremonies to deliver incremental value.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of full‑stack development experience with proven expertise in React, React Native, Node.js, and TypeORM.
- Strong background in cloud services (AWS) and CI/CD tooling.
- Experience with agile methodologies and cross‑functional team collaboration.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a passion for clean, maintainable code.
- Effective communication skills in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
