About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and enforce engineering standards, coding guidelines, and operational best practices across multiple product teams.
- Architect, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS, leveraging Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid, reliable releases and automated testing.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers and DevOps specialists, promoting Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and delivery roadmaps.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with strong proficiency in Python and Java.
- Proven experience designing, deploying, and operating production‑grade systems on AWS.
- Hands‑on expertise with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and modern CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, drive Agile processes, and deliver complex projects on schedule.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
