About the role

Key Responsibilities

Design, program, and debug PLC logic in SIMATIC/TIA Portal for complex automation tasks.
Integrate PLC systems with C#/.NET applications and industrial protocols such as OPC UA and Ethernet/IP.
Collaborate with hardware engineers to configure and test field devices, ensuring seamless communication.
Document software architecture, test cases, and user manuals for production and maintenance teams.
Participate in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and continuous improvement of existing automation solutions.

Requirements

Proven experience with Siemens SIMATIC and TIA Portal in a production environment.
Strong programming skills in C# and familiarity with .NET framework.
Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (OPC UA, Ethernet/IP, Modbus).
Problem‑solving mindset and ability to work independently and in cross‑functional teams.
Fluent German and English communication skills.
