About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications, including custom modules, workflows, and integrations.
- Implement RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js to connect ServiceNow with external systems.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver high‑quality solutions on time.
- Apply Agile practices, participate in sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives to ensure continuous delivery.
- Ensure security, compliance, and performance best practices across all ServiceNow deployments.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
