Your future duties and responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced SAP Basis professional with strong expertise in SAP system administration, monitoring, support activities, and exposure to SAP RISE environments would be a plus. Provide Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 support for SAP systems and Basis administration activities. Understand business/user requirements and determine the relevant SAP Basis administration areas for resolution. Perform SAP system performance monitoring and workload analysis. Monitor operating systems, databases, and SAP environments to ensure system stability and availability. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly system health checks. Manage SAP landscape activities including system refresh, system build, and maintenance across various environments. Support and administer SAP RISE environments, ensuring smooth system operations and coordination with cloud/platform teams. Handle SAP user administration activities including user creation, role assignment, authorization support, and account maintenance. Perform client administration activities such as: Client creation Client export/import Local client copy Client refresh Troubleshoot and resolve SAP Basis related issues while ensuring minimal business disruption. Coordinate with cross functional teams for system maintenance, upgrades, and support activities.
