Senior Software Engineer building regulated eDiary and clinical data platforms using modern web, mobile, and cloud technologies. Focus on secure, scalable APIs, distributed architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain patient‑facing eDiary web and mobile applications using React and Node.js.
- Build and evolve secure clinical data platforms on AWS, leveraging Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless services.
- Implement robust API contracts, auditability, and identity & access control for regulated environments.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define architecture, performance, and security requirements.
- Participate in code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration/deployment pipelines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full‑stack development experience in regulated healthcare or life‑sciences domains.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, and React with a solid understanding of RESTful API design.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (EC2, RDS, Lambda, S3), Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of security best practices, data privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR), and identity management.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, ability to work independently, and strong communication abilities.
