About the role
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain security tooling and integrations that leverage Zscaler for traffic inspection and policy enforcement.
Implement and support forward and reverse proxy solutions to control inbound and outbound network flows.
Configure and manage SSL/TLS inspection pipelines to ensure encrypted traffic is safely decrypted, inspected, and re‑encrypted.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate security controls into existing applications and infrastructure.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and respond to security incidents related to network traffic and proxy services.
Requirements
Hands‑on experience with Zscaler or comparable cloud‑based security platforms.
Solid understanding of forward and reverse proxy architectures and their configuration.
Practical knowledge of SSL/TLS protocols and inspection techniques.
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in an Agile development environment.
Effective communication skills for documenting designs and collaborating with security and engineering teams.
