Software Engineer
Lead the design and deployment of advanced ML models for fleet intelligence, leveraging Python, reinforcement learning, and speech/audio technologies to build scalable, high‑performance systems that drive real‑time decision making.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end ML pipelines for fleet intelligence, from data ingestion to model serving.
- Develop and fine‑tune reinforcement learning agents that optimize routing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Integrate speech/audio processing modules to enable voice‑driven interactions with fleet operators.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable ML solutions.
- Maintain and improve model monitoring, evaluation, and debugging workflows to ensure high reliability.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on ML and AI.
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in ML infrastructure, model deployment, and data processing.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with reinforcement learning frameworks.
- Background in speech/audio technologies and experience building voice‑enabled applications.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a track record of delivering production‑grade ML products.
