Software Engineer
Lead a cross‑functional team to design, build, and deliver secure, scalable software solutions while mentoring engineers and coordinating with strategic vendors on third‑party tools.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with UX, product management, and engineering to design and implement secure, reliable, and scalable software services.
- Drive delivery excellence by overseeing code quality, change control, and documentation standards.
- Manage the integration and availability of third‑party tools and platforms for product teams.
- Mentor and develop engineering talent, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and release coordination to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on software development experience (Java, Python, or similar) and 2+ years in a people‑management role.
- Strong background in cloud services (AWS) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven ability to deliver complex, high‑quality software in an Agile environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, especially with external vendors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
