Senior Software Engineer focused on designing, building, and deploying intelligent virtual assistants using the Kore.ai platform, leveraging advanced conversational AI, dialog management, and NLP techniques to deliver seamless chatbot experiences.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy intelligent virtual assistants and chatbots on the Kore.ai platform.
- Build and configure dialog tasks, intent models, and entity extraction to enable natural language understanding.
- Integrate chatbots with backend services, APIs, and enterprise systems for end‑to‑end functionality.
- Collaborate with product, UX, and data science teams to refine conversational flows and improve user experience.
- Perform testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure high reliability and scalability.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of hands‑on experience in conversational AI and chatbot development.
- Proven expertise with the Kore.ai platform and related tooling.
- Strong knowledge of NLP concepts, intent modeling, and dialog management.
- Experience integrating chatbots with RESTful APIs and enterprise systems.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
