Software Engineer
Build and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure for an AI‑driven customer experience platform, leveraging Python, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform to deliver reliable, secure, and high‑performance services.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and operate scalable, highly available infrastructure on AWS for AI and customer‑experience services.
- Automate deployment pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform, ensuring repeatable and auditable infrastructure as code.
- Collaborate with backend and data teams to optimize performance, cost, and security of cloud resources.
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents, and drive continuous improvement of observability and alerting.
- Participate in capacity planning, disaster recovery, and compliance reviews.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building and maintaining production cloud infrastructure.
