Experienced Software Engineer (Level II/III) proficient in Python, Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm, with a strong background in cloud environments and customer support, requiring an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Python‑based applications deployed in containerized environments.
- Build, orchestrate, and manage Kubernetes clusters using Helm charts and Docker images.
- Provide tier‑1 and tier‑2 technical support to customers, troubleshooting production issues and ensuring rapid resolution.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate cloud services and improve CI/CD pipelines.
- Document code, architecture decisions, and operational procedures in compliance with security standards.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with full‑scope polygraph and U.S. citizenship.
- Minimum 14 years of software engineering experience in similarly scoped programs, or a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science plus 4 years of comparable experience.
- Proficiency in Python, Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.
- Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, self‑starter attitude, and ability to provide effective customer support.
