About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high‑availability IAM services using Go and Kubernetes on GCP.
- Architect and implement scalable microservices, ensuring performance, security, and compliance.
- Collaborate with reliability teams to define SLAs, monitor health, and automate incident response.
- Integrate cloud functions and serverless components to extend IAM capabilities.
- Lead code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and drive best practices in CI/CD and testing.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years coding experience in Go and 2 years in reliability engineering.
- Proficiency with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and GCP services.
- Strong background in software architecture for large‑scale distributed systems.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a passion for building secure, scalable products.
