Software Engineer
Senior AI/ML engineer building robust ML infrastructure, deploying models, and advancing reinforcement learning and speech/audio technologies using Python.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ML infrastructure for model training, deployment, and evaluation.
- Implement reinforcement learning algorithms and optimize sequential decision‑making pipelines.
- Build and improve speech/audio processing components that replicate and respond to human voice.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate ML solutions into production systems.
- Debug, profile, and tune models for performance and reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Master’s/PhD preferred).
- 3+ years of software development experience in Python or similar languages.
- 1+ year of hands‑on experience with ML infrastructure, reinforcement learning, or speech/audio technologies.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
