About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and enhance an intelligent L1/L2/L3 incident management framework to triage, troubleshoot, and remediate advanced production issues across marketing and IT platforms.
- Design, build, and maintain highly resilient, supportable homegrown tools, data products, and critical services using Python, Node.js, and AWS.
- Implement and refine CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment strategies to ensure rapid, reliable releases.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define and enforce best practices for monitoring, alerting, and observability.
- Lead root‑cause analysis, post‑mortem documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce MTTR and prevent recurrence.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on operations and reliability.
- Proficiency in Python and Node.js, with hands‑on experience deploying to AWS environments.
- Strong background in CI/CD tooling, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated expertise in monitoring, alerting, and incident response practices.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for cross‑team problem solving.
