About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance backend services and RESTful APIs that support millions of daily users.
- Implement microservice architectures using Java and Spring frameworks, ensuring scalability, reliability, and low latency.
- Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and QA teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Integrate and optimize data storage solutions, including relational databases and cloud‑based services on AWS.
- Participate in code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration pipelines to uphold code quality and delivery speed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience developing backend systems with Java and Spring.
- Proficiency in designing RESTful APIs and working with SQL databases.
- Experience deploying and managing services on AWS (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS).
- Strong problem‑solving skills, ability to work in an agile environment, and effective communication with cross‑functional teams.
