About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain secure software components in Python, C++, and Java for federal government projects.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define requirements, architecture, and technical specifications.
- Implement and optimize AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda) to support application deployment and scalability.
- Write unit, integration, and performance tests; participate in code reviews and continuous integration pipelines.
- Ensure compliance with security standards (NIST, DoD) and perform vulnerability assessments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, and Java.
- Experience with AWS services and cloud deployment.
- Knowledge of secure coding practices and familiarity with security frameworks.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
