Software Engineer I - Aledade

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain web application features and backend services that support healthcare data workflows.
• Design, implement, and optimize data pipelines for reliable ingestion, transformation, and storage of clinical data.
• Write clean, secure, and performant code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and operations teams to troubleshoot issues, improve observability, and ensure high availability.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and continuously improve the development process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in Python and Java for building web services and data processing tasks.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL for data modeling and query optimization.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and containerization tools such as Docker.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and a mindset focused on delivering reliable, maintainable solutions.
