We are looking for an engaged and passionate Software Engineer to join our growing Engineering Team and be part of our Workspace team .

You will be responsible for the design, development, and deployment of Aircall’s flagship products: Aircall Workspace and Aircall Dashboard. As the primary interface used by our customers, those are 100% frontend products where performance and user experience are paramount.

Quality, excellence, and agility drive our delivery processes. You will help us maintain these high standards by writing robust, maintainable code and participating in our continuous improvement efforts.

Using React and TypeScript , we build added value and resilient services, fully integrated with our customers’ business-critical tools. You will work on enabling other feature teams to ship value autonomously while keeping the core platform robust.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, designers and other engineers to offer pragmatic solutions to real world problems and implement them end to end
• Work with your team to design solutions and be accountable for their execution
• Obtain a good understanding of the business to provide relevant solutions to users and clients
• Mentor and promote tech growth within the teams
• Stay up-to-date on new technologies and architectures, demonstrate good judgment in their potential applications
