About the Role

We are looking for a talented and passionate Software Engineer, Full Stack with at least 3 years of experience to join our team in New York. You will be instrumental in building the products and services that power Fever's global platform. Your work will directly impact millions of users across the globe, enhancing their ability to discover and enjoy unique live entertainment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using modern full-stack technologies.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, prioritize, and implement new features and improvements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, ensuring code quality through reviews and automated testing.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to deployment and monitoring.
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues, providing timely resolutions.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions, helping to shape the future of our platform.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with modern front-end frameworks like React and Next.js.
• Solid experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js.
• Experience with API development (GraphQL, REST API).
• Familiarity with various database systems (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Ability to work effectively in an agile development environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
