Software Engineer, Developer Platform

As a Software Engineer on our Developer Platform team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the tools and infrastructure that power our platform. This includes working on our API, web applications, and data pipelines. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical strategy and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, efficient, and reliable software systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical strategy and innovation
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth and development of the platform
• Work on our API, web applications, and data pipelines
• Identify and prioritize technical debt and implement solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on technical leadership
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, architecture, and best practices
• Experience with Python, Node.js, and AWS
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for biotech and a desire to make a meaningful impact
