Software Engineer
Software Engineer building an AI‑native operating system for elective‑care clinics, integrating scheduling, charting, billing, and patient communication using Python, Node.js, and AWS services.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services in Python and Node.js that power clinic workflows such as scheduling, charting, and billing.
- Integrate AI components (e.g., ambient scribe, AI front desk) with RESTful APIs and real‑time data streams.
- Deploy and scale services on AWS, ensuring high availability, security, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and UX teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Write automated tests, perform code reviews, and contribute to continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software development experience in Python and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of AWS services (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, API Gateway).
- Experience with AI/ML model integration and real‑time data processing.
- Proficiency in version control (Git), CI/CD, and containerization (Docker).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
