About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes using Python and SQL.
- Build and deploy machine learning models to solve complex analytical problems.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement and manage data storage and processing on AWS services (S3, Redshift, Glue).
- Visualize data and model results using Tableau and R for stakeholder reporting.
Requirements
- Strong analytical background in physics or mathematics with a passion for data science.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with machine learning libraries (scikit‑learn, TensorFlow).
- Hands‑on experience with AWS data services and cloud architecture.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills in German and English.
