Software Engineer
Software Engineer focused on designing, developing, and deploying PEGA-based solutions in a fast‑paced, hybrid environment, leveraging Agile/Scrum practices and strong integration skills to deliver high‑quality process automation software.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with distributed teams—developers, QA, PM, and product managers—to deliver quality software on schedule.
- Design, develop, and deploy PEGA-based solutions, ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
- Provide input to technical design, including monitoring, reporting, task and service implementations, and event handling.
- Implement integration components, work assignment, and process control logic within PEGA.
- Document design decisions, code changes, and test cases to support maintainability and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- Proven experience with PEGA Platform and Java development.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative teamwork.
- Hands‑on experience with integration patterns, event handling, and process automation.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
