You will implement new features, address critical issues, and collaborate with both Epic developers and external partners to enhance the development experience.

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Unreal Editor team. In this role, you will be responsible for the core build and deployment systems used to develop and release the Unreal Editor. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a foundational product used by developers worldwide!
What You'll Do
- Take ownership of the build and deployment systems for the Unreal Editor
- Improve our processes and tools to make it easier for developers to contribute and release
- Implement new features and address critical issues
- Work directly with Epic developers and external partners to improve their experience developing with the Unreal Editor
What We're Looking For
- Strong C++ programming skills
- Experience with large-scale software projects
- Familiarity with build systems (e.g., MSBuild, Make)
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Perforce, Git)
- Scripting experience
- Passion for gaming and game development
