Software Engineer, Back-end
As a Software Engineer focused on the back-end, you will be a key contributor to building innovative and scalable solutions for Druva's Cloud Platform. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, fault-tolerant back-end services that power our data protection and management offerings.
What you will do:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance back-end services and APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production and non-production environments.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our software development processes and tools.
- Work on distributed systems and cloud technologies, specifically AWS.
What we are looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in back-end software development.
- Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as C++, Java, Python, or GoLang.
- Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Experience with designing and implementing REST APIs.
- Familiarity with Linux environments.
- Experience with distributed systems and cloud technologies (preferably AWS).
- Knowledge of microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
