Software Engineer
Software Engineer focused on building and scaling Azure data platforms, leveraging services such as Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and Power BI to deliver cloud‑native analytics solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain cloud‑native data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse Analytics.
- Implement and optimize storage solutions with Azure SQL Database, Azure Cosmos DB, and Azure PostgreSQL.
- Build real‑time data ingestion and messaging workflows with Azure Service Bus and Azure Event Grid.
- Collaborate with product and BI teams to create dashboards and reports in Power BI.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of data services in a multi‑tenant Azure environment.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Azure data services (SQL, Cosmos DB, Data Factory, Synapse, Service Bus, Event Grid).
- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling for relational and NoSQL databases.
- Hands‑on experience building ETL/ELT pipelines and real‑time data streaming solutions.
- Solid understanding of cloud architecture, security best practices, and performance tuning.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an agile, cross‑functional team.
