Lead the design and implementation of automated test frameworks using Python and Selenium, driving continuous integration and delivery pipelines to ensure high-quality software releases.

About the role

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for web and mobile applications using Python and Selenium.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins) to enable rapid feedback.
Collaborate with QA, development, and DevOps teams to define test strategies and improve test coverage.
Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and provide actionable insights for product quality.
Document test frameworks, best practices, and contribute to internal knowledge bases.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in software development with a focus on automation testing.
Strong proficiency in Python, Selenium WebDriver, and test frameworks (pytest, unittest).
Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins) and containerization (Docker).
Solid understanding of version control (Git) and agile development practices.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
