Software Engineer
Develop and deploy AI-driven solutions for industrial supply chain operations, leveraging Python, machine learning, and cloud services to integrate with existing facility systems and enhance workforce automation.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain AI models that optimize staffing and operational workflows for manufacturing and logistics facilities.
- Build scalable data pipelines to ingest, clean, and transform proprietary shift data for model training and real‑time inference.
- Develop robust APIs and microservices that integrate AI outputs with customers' existing enterprise systems (MES, ERP, WMS).
- Collaborate with product, UX, and domain experts to translate operational pain points into actionable AI features.
- Monitor model performance in production, conduct A/B testing, and iterate to improve accuracy and latency.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit‑learn.
- Hands‑on experience building and deploying models on cloud platforms, preferably AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, ECS/EKS).
- Solid background in data engineering: ETL pipelines, SQL/NoSQL databases, and streaming technologies.
- Proven ability to design RESTful APIs and microservices for high‑throughput, low‑latency environments.
- Experience working with industrial or logistics data is a plus, along with an understanding of manufacturing workflows.
