About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement AI infrastructure components using Python and AWS services to support large‑scale research and production workloads.
- Apply SysML modeling techniques to design, document, and validate system architectures for AI applications.
- Lead cross‑functional teams, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with research scientists to translate novel ML algorithms into production‑ready pipelines.
- Ensure system reliability, performance, and security through rigorous testing, monitoring, and optimization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on AI/ML infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Python, AWS (EC2, S3, SageMaker, Lambda), and SysML modeling.
- Strong background in distributed systems, data pipelines, and cloud architecture.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of leading technical teams.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
