Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Software Developers, ensuring high quality code and timely delivery.
- Architect and design scalable solutions using MERN Stack, Python, and AI/ML components.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and promote a culture of continuous learning.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, optimize performance, and drive process improvements.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional software development experience with strong hands‑on expertise in MERN Stack, Python, and AI/ML.
- Proven leadership skills, able to coach and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
