Lead a high‑performing software development support team, driving incident resolution, automation, and platform reliability using Python, Go, AWS, and Kubernetes in a fast‑paced security operations environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers responsible for supporting and enhancing the Aurora security platform.
- Own the end‑to‑end incident response process, ensuring rapid root‑cause analysis and implementation of preventive automation.
- Design, develop, and maintain micro‑service components and tooling using Python, Go, and container orchestration on Kubernetes.
- Drive CI/CD pipeline improvements, promote best practices for code quality, testing, and release management.
- Collaborate with product, security, and infrastructure teams to align support initiatives with roadmap priorities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in Python and Go, and hands‑on experience with AWS services and Kubernetes.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
- Solid understanding of security operations, incident management, and monitoring tools.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of mentoring engineers to deliver high‑quality, reliable software.
